It is our hope that this tool will primarily be employed by responsible dog owners who want to ensure their companion animals are not creating a nuisance for others. On the other hand, property managers, homeowners associations, and animal control officers will find Bark Witness™ to be an essential independent witness for enforcing noise ordinances against irresponsible dog owners too. 

Field testing indicates an average 94% accuracy over a wide variety of breeds. If you can hear the bark, it will be documented. 

Recording of audio clips is optional, and the clips are only recorded during the duration of a dog bark. These are typically short files of up to a few seconds in length. Any background human conversations that may occur during the recording are thus incomplete. Also, as a standalone portable device, Bark Witness™ audio files and reports cannot be accessed over the Internet without explicit approval by the device owner.

Bark Witness™ is water-resistant and can be used outdoors. Do not submerge.
